Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NeuraFlow's AI workflow automation platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Description of Service
NeuraFlow provides an AI-powered workflow automation platform that enables users to design, deploy, and monitor automated processes. Our services include the web application, API, integrations marketplace, and associated documentation.
Account Registration
You must register for an account to use NeuraFlow. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use NeuraFlow for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited communications, to interfere with or disrupt our services, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or to reverse-engineer our platform.
Intellectual Property
The NeuraFlow platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and documentation, is proprietary and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your workflows and data remain your property — we claim no ownership over content you create.
Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Usage overages are billed at the end of each billing cycle at the rates specified on your plan page.
Service Level Agreement
We target 99.9% uptime for our Professional and Enterprise plans. Planned maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance and scheduled during low-traffic periods. The Starter plan does not include an uptime SLA.
Data Processing
We process your data solely to provide and improve our services. For Enterprise customers, we offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compliant with GDPR requirements. You retain full ownership and control of your data at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuraFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County.
