Security Architecture

NeuraFlow employs a defense-in-depth security model with multiple layers of protection. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Our infrastructure runs on SOC 2 certified cloud providers with multi-region redundancy.

Authentication & Access Control

We support email/password authentication, social login (Google, GitHub), and enterprise SSO via SAML 2.0 and OIDC. Role-based access control (RBAC) lets you define granular permissions for workspace members.

Available Roles

Owner: Full control over workspace, billing, and members
Admin: Manage projects, automations, and team (except billing)
Member: Create and run automations in assigned projects
Viewer: Read-only access to runs and analytics

Compliance Certifications

NeuraFlow maintains SOC 2 Type II certification, GDPR compliance for EU customers, and HIPAA eligibility for healthcare workloads. Audit reports are available on request for Enterprise customers.

Enable two-factor authentication for all team members. This can be enforced at the workspace level by Owners and Admins in Settings > Security.
